The Partnership Relations / Account Manager role involves managing post-sale success for assigned partners, focusing on onboarding, KPI delivery, renewals, and expansions.

• Base fee of USD $750 - $1000 per month
• Performance incentives paid via bank direct deposit
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners
• Manage onboarding, delivery milestones, and ongoing KPI tracking
• Draft and manage MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, and renewal cadences
• Collaborate with Finance on billing and collections
• Run quarterly business reviews and partner training
• Support upsell and expansion opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in account management or partnership relations
• Strong organizational skills and commercial acumen
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with contract management and documentation
• Client-first mindset and focus on retention
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools for documentation
