Overview

This position is directly responsible for generating revenue and reaching profit and margin goals by the day-to-day management and growth of assigned partner accounts.

In Short

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the user base by leveraging strategic partners.
  • Represent Partnerships at internal and external meetings.
  • Assist in developing a strategic plan to achieve P&L goals.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify partnership needs.
  • Attend events to evaluate partnership opportunities.
  • Develop evaluation criteria for partnership effectiveness.
  • Negotiate agreements that align with Sourcewell's goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop marketing strategies.
  • Capture Voice of Customer insights for partners.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field AND 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Public speaking or sales presentation experience.
  • Knowledge in sales, customer service, supply chain, and procurement.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Team management and leadership experience.

Benefits

  • This is a remote position, subject to Sourcewell's telecommuting policies.
  • Must be able to travel 6-10 times a year.
  • Occasionally expected to attend meetings at Sourcewell's headquarters.
