Overview

The Technical Coordinator for the BRCGS Global Team will support affiliates in interpreting certification requirements, manage data and documentation, and ensure compliance with standards.

In Short

  • Support affiliates by interpreting BRCGS certification requirements.
  • Manage data and documentation in the BRCGS system accurately.
  • Review and approve certificates before release to clients.
  • Assign and set up site codes for new clients.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and submit monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and scheme standards.
  • Provide training and admin support as needed.
  • Follow all health, safety, integrity, and diversity policies.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS 365; comfortable working with large and complex databases.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Numerate and detail-oriented.
  • Open to learning and adaptable to change; proactive in self-development.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage/prioritise own workload.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
