The role involves conducting audits for food and food packaging compliance in the Southern Africa region, ensuring adherence to established standards.

In Short

• Conduct FSSC / ISO 22000 and/or BRCGS audits.
• Generate high-quality audit reports.
• Adhere to turnaround times for audits.
• Communicate audit findings to client management.
• Develop work plans for audits.

• Travel required for audits, both local and international.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Natural/Food Science or Packaging Technology.
• Lead Auditor training.
• Training in food standards, guidelines, HACCP, and regulations.
• 5+ years in food industry safety management.
• Experience with FSSC / ISO 22000 and/or BRCGS audits.
• Completed 5 GFSI benchmarked audits.
• Excellent communication skills in English/local language.
• High computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
