Director of Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions - Remote

Overview

The Director of Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions will support the development and external growth strategy of SGS in North America, working closely with teams to identify targets and execute transactions.

In Short

• Lead initiatives to identify acquisition targets.
• Prepare and support internal reviews of acquisition projects.
• Review financial statements and conduct strategic assessments.
• Perform valuation analysis and generate financial models.
• Manage acquisition processes and coordinate due diligence.
• Monitor integration processes post-acquisition.
• Prepare post-transaction analyses.
• Maintain transaction information in databases.
• Comply with SGS Code of Integrity.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or similar.
• Minimum 10 years in project management and M&A execution.
• Experience with the entire M&A lifecycle.
• Proven deal-making experience.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
