Overview

As an Account Manager at SevenRooms, you’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts and achieving an individual revenue quota that directly contributes to the team’s overall targets. This role requires you to nurture client relationships and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.

In Short

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the renewal process, proactively engaging with clients.
  • Identify and close opportunities to introduce clients to additional SevenRooms features.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Partner with internal teams to advocate for client needs.
  • Provide regular updates on account activity and potential upsell opportunities.
  • 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer success role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
