Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success Leadership experience.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or start-up environments preferred.
  • Strong operational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work with non-technical customers.
  • Experience across multiple customer segments.
  • Proven track record in process management.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
