Overview

As a Client Solutions Project Manager at ServiceRocket, you will manage multiple complex customer projects to achieve project goals and requirements, working closely with project teams and stakeholders.

In Short

• Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks, milestones, and other constraints.
• Work with customers or internal leadership teams to address blockers, risks, and escalations.
• Help define and improve processes/guidelines for the project management function.
• Drive delivery across organizational boundaries.
• Build, share, and present reports that track performance.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to turn their needs into well-defined projects.
• Identify potential new projects with additional services.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in IT delivery projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Adept at working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

• 3-5 years of successful customer-facing project management experience.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to consult with clients to identify further opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical background in pre-sales or information technology.
• Experience in a geographically distributed environment.
• Understanding of project financials.
• Adaptable and enjoys building relationships.
• Ability to hold people accountable.
• Comfortable working asynchronously.
