Overview

The Staff Outbound Product Manager will play a critical role in scaling ServiceNow's CRM and Industries Workflows products, focusing on Sales Force Automation solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive loyalty.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with Sales Force Automation solutions.
• Experience in Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Hands-on product experience with a sense of urgency to succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and teams.
