Overview

The Sr. Technical Consultant, Security Operation Workflow is responsible for consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow Security Operations products to enhance customer business outcomes.

In Short

• Serve as the technical expert for Security Operations.
• Support process definition and improvement workshops.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• 3+ years of configuration/development experience.
• Ability to consult in a Security Operation environment.
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
• Proven team player and team builder.
