Overview

The Technical Consultant, Security Operation Workflow is responsible for consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow Security Operations products to drive business outcomes.

In Short

• Act as the technical expert for Security Operations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Support process definition and improvement for Security Operations.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Security Operation Solution capabilities.
• Lead design workshops and guide customers in documentation.
• Draft user stories and testing strategies.
• Provide training and mentoring to future system administrators.
• Lead technical project delivery and ensure quality of solutions.
• Develop integration and portal components.
• Manage multiple complex projects and initiatives.
• Support sales activities as needed.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.
• 2+ years of configuration/development experience.
• Ability to influence and consult in Security Operation environments.
• Experience with Web Technologies (JSON, HTML, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Proven team player and team builder.
