We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Consultant in ServiceNow to join our team with solid expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery HRSD and Core Business Workflows.

• Design and deliver ServiceNow HRSD and Core Business Workflow solutions.
• Configure, script, and customize ServiceNow functionalities.
• Guide customers in adopting and optimizing HR services.
• Implement and maintain high volume data integrations with ServiceNow.
• Leverage JavaScript and React to enhance Service Portal and Employee Center experiences.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders for successful solution delivery.
• Focus on HR case management, onboarding, lifecycle events, and employee experience.
• Support global clients and grow expertise across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Advanced English verbal and written skills.
• Solid ServiceNow expertise with HRSD and Core Business Workflows.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes such as case management and onboarding.
• Proven experience with high volume data integrations.
• Development skills in JavaScript and React.
• Knowledge of competitive HR products like SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
