Requirements

• 6+ years of ServiceNow product/solution architecture experience.
• Preferred certifications in ServiceNow (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist).
• Experience in technology advisory or enterprise implementation roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
