Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant in ServiceNow with a proven track record of delivering large scale implementations across Technology Workflows and Core Business Workflows.

In Short

• Lead configuration and implementation of multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Design, script, and optimize solutions using JavaScript and platform automation features.
• Implement and govern large scale integrations with high data volumes.
• Apply best practices in platform governance and maintenance.
• Guide customers through adoption strategies and process improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with project teams.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• Advanced development skills in JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Portal features.
• Experience with large data volume integrations.
• Solid knowledge of platform performance and maintenance best practices.
• Advanced expertise in at least three ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Public Sector industries.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
