The Senior Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's products and support the strategy for specialty solution areas.

In Short

• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement.
• Provide input to account planning based on territory strategy.
• Ensure alignment of recommendations with Now Value principles.
• Support customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation.
• Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap.
• Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE on specialty solution opportunities.
• Customize responsibilities based on territory needs.
• Champion diversity and belonging.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in specialty solutions.
• Experience as an AE or in a sales/customer service role.
• Understanding of business sales processes.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Travel required: 30-50%, Remote TX preferred.
