Overview

As a Senior Problem Manager, you will focus on the identification and removal of problems within our customer cloud infrastructure, playing an integral role in ServiceNow’s success.

In Short

• Drive root cause investigations
• Produce professional root cause analysis documentation for customers
• Ensure prioritization, planning, and execution of problem resolutions
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the design of the Problem Management process
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams
• Present to all levels of the organization

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes
• 6+ years of technical experience in problem management
• Proficiency in problem management processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with IT service management tools
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript or Python
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; ITIL certification preferred
