Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Partner Programs Analyst to join their Global Partnerships and Channels organization, focusing on GTM strategy and strategic planning.

In Short

• Assist in developing and reporting key performance metrics for partner programs.
• Analyze large data sets for annual budget planning.
• Drive forecasting for partner sales.
• Manage partner program spend strategy and track ROI.
• Prepare performance data for Sales leadership presentations.
• Support pipeline and coverage initiatives through data modeling.
• Gather requirements for Business Intelligence initiatives.
• Manage operational process improvement projects.
• Maintain databases and develop metrics reports.
• Work with teams across different time zones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Business Operations.
• Experience with sales commission/incentive programs is a plus.
• Excellent analytics and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with large data sets.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; Tableau and PowerBI experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
