Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in change management and strategic communications.
• Experience with AI transformations is desired.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder change programs.
• Experience with enterprise planning platforms and finance transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in communications and training content authoring systems.
• Experience with digital content creation and multimedia tools.
• PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, and/or change management certifications desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications.
