In Short

• Drive the vision, development, and integration of Segmint’s capabilities within Alkami’s Engagement Platform.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to delivery and measurement.
• Lead a team of Product Managers to deliver innovative products.
• Define and advocate for standardized RESTful and event-driven APIs.
• Collaborate with engineering for scalable API documentation.
• Integrate Segmint into Alkami’s Online Banking and CMS platforms.
• Manage a technical-debt backlog while balancing new features.
• Act as the central point of contact across multiple teams.
• Monitor key metrics for product delivery and value optimization.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years in product management with 5+ years as a people leader.
• Strong fluency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud-native data pipelines.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms into complex systems.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
• Skilled in leading Agile/Scrum teams; expert with Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
