Overview

Alkami is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Workday Systems Administrator to join our HR Technology team, focusing on the maintenance and optimization of Workday modules.

In Short

  • Remote-first position available in the US.
  • Support maintenance and configuration of Workday Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday configurations.
  • Design and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams.
  • Conduct system testing for new configurations and upgrades.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system processes.
  • Ensure compliance and data accuracy for payroll and benefits audits.
  • Stay updated on Workday updates/releases.
  • 7–14 years of experience with Workday HCM required.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Workday Payroll and Benefits configuration.
  • Experience building Workday reports and calculated fields.
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes and HR systems best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Workday Pro Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Workday integrations and EIBs.
  • Experience in a global or multi-entity environment is a plus.
