Overview

As a Workday Systems Administrator at Accurate Background, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing Workday as our enterprise HCM platform, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems and supporting the long-term success of the platform.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary IT liaison for Workday implementation.
  • Lead integration design and development for various systems.
  • Manage Workday tenant strategy and release readiness.
  • Configure and administer Workday security roles and policies.
  • Collaborate with HR for data migration and validation testing.
  • Support system cutover and go-live readiness.
  • Establish post-go-live technical support processes.
  • Partner in Workday governance and intake processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Workday experience in IT systems or technical admin.
  • Proficiency with Workday integration tools and APIs.
  • Familiarity with tenant management and release coordination.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data migration and validation.
  • Knowledge of SSO and identity/access management.
