Rocket Money is on a mission to empower people to take control of their financial lives. As Senior Product Manager of Financial Management, you will lead the Financial Journey team in helping users navigate credit, debt, and investments. Your primary focus will be on tackling high-interest debt—a major obstacle for many Americans—while enabling users to build credit and grow their net worth over time.

In Short

• Own and define the product strategy and roadmap for our Financial Journey team.
• Drive the relationship with third party partners.
• Deliver a top-notch in-app user experience.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research.
• Conduct A/B tests and iterate using customer feedback.
• Determine KPIs and deliver measurable impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data & product marketing teams.

Requirements

• 4-7 years experience as a product manager or similar role.

• Experience prioritizing initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Prior fintech experience a plus.
