Senior Product Manager - Workday Financials - Remote

Overview

Avalara is looking for a Senior Product Manager with advanced Workday Financials experience. You will be reporting to a Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions and you will not have direct reports. This role is remote-friendly.

In Short

• Develop the Workday Product roadmap in collaboration with leadership, Engineering, and Partner teams.
• Establish processes to improve request in-take and prioritization.
• Maintain upgrades and releases, communicating with partners.
• Manage enhancements and standard maintenance to deliver important milestones.
• Lead Workday Product solutions including business case development and project management.
• Support identification and escalation of risks.
• Understand requirements and configure Workday Financials connectors.
• Participate in change management and launch support processes.
• Facilitate review sessions with various stakeholders.
• Provide production support for Workday.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Workday Product Management.
• 6+ years proficiency in Workday Financials.
• Expertise on all modules within Workday Financials Management.
• Experience with Workday Extend/Built on Workday and Workday Studio.
• Expertise in driving cross-cultural team collaboration.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• A focus on success and personal growth.
• Experience with Indirect Tax Software integrations.
