Overview

The Senior Business Process Consultant will guide customers in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow Generative AI products, aiming to enhance their business outcomes.

In Short

• Work with customers to drive consumption and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance required.
• At least five years of consulting experience.
• Experience with AI models and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of business process re-engineering.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence and consult across various industries.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Proficiency in Miro, Word, and PowerPoint.
