Overview

The Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist is the functional and technical expert of a customer engagement team, responsible for consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow Integrations based on best practices to drive business outcomes.

• Work with customers to drive consumption and satisfaction on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance business processes.

• Maintain active security clearance and relevant certifications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in integration technologies.
• Active Security Clearance required.
• Experience with ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications.
• Strong skills in Integration Technologies (REST/SOAP, middleware, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI models and Generative AI.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop talent.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
