Senior Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant will work with customers to implement integrations and AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring best practices are followed and driving customer satisfaction.

• Consult with customers on integrations and AI implementations.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in integration technologies.
• ServiceNow certifications (CIS and CAD).
• Experience with Web Services, middleware, and SaaS technologies.
• Strong knowledge of AI models and Generative AI.
• Proficient in Javascript and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with data management and database design.
• Understanding of enterprise technologies (LDAP, VPN, SSO).
