Overview

The Principal Technical Consultant is responsible for consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow Integrations to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with integration technologies.
• Ability to influence and consult in complex environments.
• ServiceNow certifications required.
• Experience with architecting systems integrations.
• Strong skills in JavaScript and integration technologies.
• Understanding of AI models and Generative AI.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.
• Up to 30% travel annually.
