Overview

The Principal Technical Consultant, Data & Integrations Specialist is a key member of the Customer Excellence Group at ServiceNow, responsible for consulting with customers to configure ServiceNow Data architecture and integrations, driving customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

In Short

• Work with customers to achieve business outcomes.
• Drive consumption and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
• Consult on and configure Data architecture and integrations.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms.
• Resolve errors and provide support for complex systems.
• Implement innovative architectures leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a subject matter expert in integration solutions.
• Analyze and improve existing system integrations.
• Up to 30% travel annually.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with integration technologies.
• 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Extensive experience with Web Services, middleware, and SaaS technologies.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Experience in data engineering and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies (LDAP, VPN, SSL).
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to mentor and develop talent.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
