Overview

The Principal Technical Consultant (AI) at ServiceNow will leverage their expertise to design and implement AI solutions for clients, ensuring they maximize their investment in the ServiceNow platform.

In Short

• Serve as a functional and technical specialist for customer engagement teams.
• Design and implement AI systems using NowAssist skills and AI Agents.
• Develop solutions based on user requirements gathered in workshops.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure platform functionality supports project goals.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to resolve complex user issues.
• Ensure best practices in implementing AI solutions are followed.
• Analyze and improve current instance configurations.
• Identify and advise on system errors or architecture issues.
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Up to 30% travel annually may be required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of configuration/development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex environments.
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Strong understanding of AI Models and Generative AI.
• Experience with ServiceNow’s AI capabilities.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Experience with data management and database design.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop talent.
