Overview

The Principal Technical Consultant will serve as a functional and technical expert, working with customers to configure ServiceNow ITSM products and drive business outcomes.

• Be the technical expert in configuring ITSM Service Delivery using ServiceNow best practices.
• Support ITSM process definition and improvement during customer workshops.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow ITSM Solution capabilities.
• Lead design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform technology.
• Guide customers in documentation and user story development.
• Provide oversight and training for customer system administrators.
• Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Develop integration components and portal components.
• Prepare customer-facing deliverables and ensure quality.
• Support sales activities and provide training to team members.

Requirements

• Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance.
• 5+ years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Strong understanding of Web Technologies and SaaS.
• Interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to influence and consult in an IT environment.
• Maintain skills/certifications on CIS-IRM and risk implementation.
• Proven team player and team builder.
