Overview

The Principal Technical Consultant will serve as a functional and technical expert in customer engagements, helping clients optimize their use of ServiceNow's IT Service Management products.

In Short

• Serve as the technical expert for IT Service Management.
• Consult with customers to improve IT processes.
• Lead design workshops focused on ServiceNow technology.
• Support customer documentation and user stories.
• Guide customers in system administration training.

• Travel up to 50% annually based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Clearance.
• At least 8 years of configuration/development experience.
• Ability to consult and influence in an IT environment.
• Experience with Web Technologies and SaaS technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Proven team player and team builder.
