The Principal Platform Architect is a strategic technical leader at ServiceNow, responsible for designing and governing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Define and maintain the platform's technical architecture roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Expertise in complex workflows and systems integration.
• Deep understanding of scripting in ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Management consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with cloud application technologies.
