Overview

The Principal Platform Architect is a technical advisory role responsible for helping customers establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes. This role involves establishing best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall technical health of the platform.

• 8+ years in management consulting leadership roles.
• Experience with enterprise architecture.
• 10+ years of large program experience.
• Significant role in cloud application technology implementation.
• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience.
• Enterprise Architect certification preferred.
