Principal Platform Architect - Remote

Overview

The Principal Platform Architect is a technical advisory role responsible for helping our customers establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes.

In Short

• Develop strong relationships with CIOs and business leaders.
• Analyze and translate business information into architectural blueprints.
• Engage with customer enterprise architects to position ServiceNow.
• Guide remediation of configurations that do not align with best practices.
• Establish delivery operating model governance.
• Contribute thought leadership on optimizing customer outcomes.
• Manage technical implementation decision points.
• Define solutions that align with out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Support sales efforts in scoping and estimation.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into workflows.
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency and reside in Toronto.
• Management consulting experience preferred, with 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience working with functional business leaders.
• 10+ years of experience leading large programs.
• Enterprise Architect experience and relevant certifications.
• Significant role in cloud application implementations.
• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience.
