Overview

As a Partner Program Manager – Build Program, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing a reimagined Build Partner Program, enabling Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to build, monetize, and scale solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

In Short

  • Design and execute a Build Partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Define and evolve program structure, tiers, benefits, and incentives.
  • Develop and maintain partner program documentation.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success.
  • Partner with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Define and optimize partner onboarding and training requirements.
  • Drive data analysis and reporting for program metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for program enhancements.
  • Manage partner inquiries and ensure program compliance.
  • Support ad-hoc policy updates with cross-functional input.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in ISV partner management or channel strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience managing ISV partnerships in a SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies and revenue models.
  • Strong experience in partner enablement and program management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and KPIs for program improvements.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
