Overview

The GenAI Architect will drive customer outcomes, roadmap, and value realization for GenAI technology through hands-on delivery of ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities and technical advisory activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years building solutions on cloud-native platforms.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• Proven track record in driving business growth.
• Excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
