The GVP, Regulated Industries is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding strategic initiatives and operations within the public sector on a global scale, establishing relationships with government entities and stakeholders.

• Drive growth in the Regulated Industry segment, targeting ~$2.5-3B in global NNACV.
• Lead a team of Industry & Solution GTM leads globally.
• Facilitate C-level executive customer workshops to enhance customer engagement.

• Utilize data insights to identify business trends and gaps.
• Bring 'voice of the customer' into core strategies.
• Identify transformational opportunities for Regulated Industry customers.

• Represent ServiceNow at industry events worldwide.
• Create relationships with industry leaders for co-innovation.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in Technology, Operations, or CRM.
• 10+ years of global people leadership experience.
• Expertise in leveraging technology for business outcomes.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite leaders.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in using analytics to drive business changes.
• Global experience with customers and teams.
• Core alignment with ServiceNow values.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% globally.
