Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide vital administrative support to Chief Transformation Officers, managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and onboarding processes while integrating AI tools into workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Proactive work ethic and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive schedules and agendas effectively.
  • High level of confidentiality and judgment.
  • Technical proficiency with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
  • Desire to grow and manage projects under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with AI integration in work processes.
  • A willingness to suggest improvements and innovations.
