Overview

The role of the Customer Success Manager is to act as an advocate for our customers, overseeing a portfolio to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption of ServiceNow products.

In Short

  • Oversee customer outcomes engagement for your portfolio.
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and using the latest product version.
  • Identify criteria for assisting customers using Success Plays.
  • Promote ServiceNow customer success stories.
  • Maximize customer value from their ServiceNow investment.
  • Work with teams to improve product adoption.
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes.
  • 3+ years in customer professional services.
  • Experience in Financial Services (Insurance & Fintech).
  • Ability to provide independent services.
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis.
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation or project management.
  • Comfortable with technical products.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment.
