Overview

The Customer Success Manager will onboard new customers, drive adoption and retention, and act as a strategic partner to help customers maximize their use of Piston.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Experience managing post-sale relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and success metrics.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
