Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house public sector contracting experience.
• Experience negotiating agreements with government customers.
• Law Degree and applicable license to practice law.
• Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of commercial law and revenue recognition principles.
• Proficient drafting and legal technical skills.
