Advisory Solution Consultant - Retail & Hospitality - Remote

Overview

As a member of our pre-sales core Solution Consultant team, you will have the opportunity to join our industry’s best and brightest talent supporting some of our top Retail and Hospitality customers in the US.

In Short

• Support sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
• Own the Technical Strategy for accounts in your territory
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges
• Provide product demonstrations aligning solutions with customer needs
• Answer product feature and technical questions
• Provide feedback to product management about enhancements
• Share best practices with other Solution Consultants
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
• Support marketing events including conferences and trade shows
• Must live in the general Southwest region of the US

Requirements

• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Experience integrating AI into work processes
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborative experience with product management and marketing
• Territory management skills and pipeline building
• Ability to listen to customer requirements
• Eagerness to continuously learn
• Experience in the Retail and Hospitality industry is a plus
• Solution Consulting certifications are a plus
• Travel as necessary
