Advisory Solution Consultant - Healthcare - Remote

Overview

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting the Healthcare Provider Solution Sales. You will help guide revenue for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

In Short

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts
• Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements
• Share and learn best practices with other Solution Consultants
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
• Support marketing events including conferences and user groups

Requirements

• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform
• Healthcare-Provider experience
• Experience working collaboratively with product management and marketing
• Territory management skills
• Experience integrating AI into work processes
• Preferred location in Minnesota
• Willingness to travel as required
