You’ll deliver expert-level guidance and recommendations, plus provide high quality, high performing solutions and/or training to meet our Sunrise customers' business needs.

• Deliver expert-level guidance and recommendations.
• Provide high quality solutions and training for Sunrise customers.
• Work to increase patient safety and improve patient care.
• Collaborate with clients to align technology with healthcare delivery.
• Facilitate complex multi-product implementations.
• Lead and mentor project teams during design and implementation.
• Identify and eliminate barriers to client success.
• Engage in sales support and strategic planning.
• Capture and share best practices for solution deployment.
• Work in a remote environment with minimal health hazards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience.
• Clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years implementation experience with Sunrise support.
• 7-10 years Sunrise suite solution configuration knowledge.
• Strong customer service communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple key projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.
