Overview

You’ll deliver expert-level guidance and recommendations, plus provide high quality, high performing solutions and/or training to meet our Sunrise customers' business needs.

In Short

• Deliver expert-level guidance and recommendations for Altera Sunrise solutions.
• Provide high-quality solutions and training to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with clients to align technology with healthcare delivery.
• Lead and mentor project teams during implementation phases.
• Identify and eliminate barriers to client success.
• Conduct client-facing solution design programs.
• Advise on product configuration and customization requirements.
• Support sales efforts through strategic planning and presentations.
• Capture and share best practices for solution deployment.
• Work remotely with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience.
• 10+ years of implementation experience with Sunrise support.
• Expert knowledge of Sunrise solution suite and integrations.
• Strong customer service communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple key projects simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Clinical background preferred.
• 2+ years of Sunrise architect-level experience preferred.
