In Short

• The project manager will drive execution of small to medium projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, to budget, and to quality standards.
• Work proactively with the project team and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and define communication plans.
• Document project scope and manage scope changes.
• Create and monitor risk logs.
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Motivate the team to drive toward success.
• Share lessons learned from projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Senior level preferred.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 or similar certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or SAFe certification preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and creative in proposing solutions.
• MS Office Suite skills required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
