Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The eCOA Project Manager is responsible for directing and managing services for client projects to ensure high quality, on-time, and on-budget services while promoting excellent customer service.

In Short

• Lead the Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of study management.
• Gather customer requirements and relay them to internal teams.
• Develop study documentation and distribute/tracking equipment.
• Monitor study timelines and manage financial components of each program/study.
• Identify potential study risks and mitigations.
• Manage internal/external negotiations and promote collaboration.
• Apply problem-solving strategies to address customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with timely training completion/documentation.
• Attend client meetings as needed.
• Assist with training new members of the Project Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or proven Project Management skills.
• Clario PM Certification required as applicable.
• 1-4 years of experience in project management in the pharmaceutical field.
• Knowledge of the drug development process.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Detail-oriented and responsive to inquiries.
• Valid passport and ability to travel approximately 20%.
