Overview

As a Project Manager at Alpaca, you will leverage your expertise to coordinate with enterprise customers globally, guiding integrations from conception to launch and ensuring all deliverables meet strategic objectives.

• Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using brokerage APIs.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute integration timelines.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and align on resources.
• Track and report on project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Help partners navigate onboarding requirements.
• Document processes and improve onboarding frameworks.
• Be the voice of the customer internally at Alpaca.
• Stay updated on product development timelines.
• Create resources for partners and internal teams.
• Drive the company's mission to open financial services to everyone.

Requirements

• 2+ years of enterprise-level project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work with global customers.
• Familiarity with FinTech and financial markets.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Startup mindset.
• Sales and customer success background.
• Training/enablement experience.
• Brokerage/stocks and crypto experience.
