Project Manager - Remote

With our scalable SaaS platform, we help companies efficiently distribute their products across various online marketplaces and shop systems. To strengthen our delivery team, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can securely orchestrate our customer and product projects from the first idea to the go-live.

In Short

• Plan, control, and conclude parallel-running e-commerce projects (B2B/B2C)
• Set up, maintain, and optimize project plans and roadmaps (Gantt charts, Jira Advanced Roadmaps)
• Moderate all agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retro) and ensure project transparency
• Proactive stakeholder and risk management including reporting to customer and management levels
• Budget, time, and quality controlling (Burndown Charts, Earned Value, NPS)
• Continuous process improvement in close collaboration with development, UX, and sales
• Coaching the project team in best practices of project and program management

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a project or program manager in agencies, SaaS, or e-commerce environments
• Solid knowledge in Jira, Confluence, and Gantt tools
• Proficient in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and classic PM methods (Waterfall, Prince2)
• Strong communication and moderation skills (German C1, English B2)
• Certifications like PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or PSM/PSPO I are advantageous – or you want to achieve them with us
• Solution-oriented mindset, high initiative, and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration
