Overview

You’ll deliver expert-level guidance and recommendations, plus provide high quality, high performing solutions and/or training to meet our Sunrise customers' business needs.

• Expert level knowledge of Altera Sunrise solution sets.
• Facilitate client-facing and remote solution design programs.
• Align people, process, and technology to transform healthcare delivery.
• Identify product and customization requirements for clients.
• Lead and mentor project teams during implementation phases.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to deliver strategic plans.
• Capture and share best practices for solution deployment.
• Provide consultative services leveraging industry knowledge.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Travel for project kickoffs, testing, and go-live phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience.
• 10+ years implementation experience with Sunrise support.
• Strong customer service communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of Sunrise solution suite.
• Experience in managing multi-product integrations.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Clinical background preferred.
• 2+ years Sunrise architect-level experience preferred.
